- Fourteen years experience on the Sex Offender Commitment Program Evaluator Panel for the California Department of Mental Health (DMH) from January 1996 to Present
- Over twenty six years experience as a Forensic and Clinical Psychologist (California Licensed Psychologist, 1984).
- Qualified as an expert to conduct psychological and psychopsychological evaluations of individuals with criminal and civil complaints.
- Extensive experience with the courts (adult and juvenile) regarding criminal, civil, family, dependence, and administrative law cases; expert witness for defense bar; County and Federal Prosecutors; County and Federal Public Defenders; Alternate Defenders; Attorney General’s Office; and consultation, training, and treatment services with County and U.S. Probation Officers; CDCR Parole; and County Social Services.
